Our online store provides an efficient general freight price to homes

1. For delivery of Pilates Reformers allow 1-5 working days approx. (Delivery to Rural Addresses normally takes an extra 1-2 days)
2. For Reformers the Mainfreight delivery team will call all home deliveries prior to loading on their vehicles to coordinate loads and ensure you are home that day to sign for the goods
3. Orders placed on a New Zealand public holiday will be processed on the next business day.
4. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order within the specified timeframes you will be notified by email of the new delivery time.
5. Orders paid for by credit card are securely processed in “real time” when you place your order. They will normally be dispatched on the same business day if received before 1.00pm.
   NOTE: VISA, VISA GEM, MasterCard, AMEX and Diners credit cards will be accepted.
6. Orders paid for using Direct Credit / Internet Banking or Bank Transfer will be shipped upon confirmation that your payment has been received. Payments normally take around 24 hours to reach our bank account.

1. Products are delivered securely to your doorstep only, by courier or transport.
2. Door to door standard delivery service provide 2 people to unload the reformer to your home.
3. Extra charges will apply for all non-standard deliveries and must be organized and paid for in advance.
4. Unless otherwise stated all deliveries are made between Monday & Friday.
5. Before signing the truck driver’s delivery docket inspect your goods for signs of any damaged packaging. Write details of any damage on the delivery docket then sign it. You MUST notify us within 24hrs of any internal or external damages to your goods.
6. Assembly of Reformers is not included.
