This is a 30 minute combination of Pilates and Yoga that will leave you feeling energised and refreshed.
Janine demonstrates the beginner level – gentle enough to provide a healthy workout, alleviate chronic pain and assist with injuries. Hilary demonstrates the intermediate version – intense enough to challenge those who stretch often.
In only 30 minutes and twice a week you will tone your body, strengthen your back, improve your posture and flatten your stomach. The workout consists of stretching, releasing and strengthening each muscle group leaving you relaxed yet invigorated.
